I observed many signs of spring. One sign is that the days are getting longer. This reminds me of spring because days in winter are short and days in spring are longer. Another sign of spring is that we are cleaning out my basement and around the house. This reminds me of spring because we always clean in the spring and my mom says we do it "to get a fresh start for the new season." I also observed many other things.

One of the other types of signs I noticed was that the snow is melting and I can see grass. This reminds me of spring because grass is green and green reminds me of spring. The last sign and the most important one is my brothers' winter track season is ending . In fact my brother's last meet is tonight. This reminds me of spring because spring track is right after winter track. That is what I observed this week.
